Sameproblem! I dropped my phone in water at school about an hour ago. The phone is working, turning on and off, but the touch screen is not. I tried holding the home button and off button for 20 seconds. The phone restarted but the screen still doesn't work.So to begin troubleshooting any touch issues, start by using a soft cloth and some 70% isopropyl alcohol to really wipe the screen down.
